Save the Krusty Krab Halloween Event 2026: Dates, Candy and the Flying Dutchman

Save the Krusty Krab launched on October 9, 2026, and its first seasonal event started two weeks later. The Halloween event is live now, it changes both the lobby and the restaurant, and it adds a recurring decision that can hand your crew a reward or a penalty depending on how much cash you are willing to risk.

Here is the schedule, the Candy loop, the eight limited skins, and the Flying Dutchman rules as they are documented.

Event Dates

What When (UTC)
Halloween event starts October 23, 2026, 19:30
Halloween event ends November 2, 2026, 20:30
Unannounced follow-up event ("???") October 30, 2026, 20:00 → November 3, 2026, 21:00

That is ten days for the main event, with a second, unnamed event overlapping the final weekend. The developer has not described the second event beyond its window, so do not plan around it — finish the Halloween rewards first.

What Changed in the Restaurant

  • Decorations in the lobby and the dining room. Cosmetic, but they make the Halloween customers easier to spot in a crowd.
  • Candy as an event currency, earned by completing shifts.
  • Trick or Treater customers, a new customer type with their own order behaviour.
  • New mischievous customers added to the troublemaker pool.
  • 180+ achievements, up from the roughly 100 the game shipped with. Achievements pay Doubloons.

The important change for regular play is the customer mix. Trick or Treaters add tickets that do not look like the standard burger queue, and the mischievous customers stack on top of the normal Plankton-to-Strangler schedule. A crew that was comfortable on Day 8 will find the event nights busier than the calendar suggests.

How to Earn Candy

Candy comes from finishing shifts, not from a separate minigame. That means the fastest Candy route is the fastest cash route:

  1. Finish the shift. An abandoned shift pays nothing, including Candy.
  2. Collect every table before closing — uncollected cash and tips are also unfinished business.
  3. Run short, clean shifts rather than long messy ones. The event rewards completion, and a five-star night is a completed night.
  4. Play the days you are strongest. There is no bonus for variety; there is a bonus for finishing.

The developer has not published a Candy-per-shift table, so any specific rate you see quoted is player-measured. Track your own: note Candy before and after a shift, and you will know your rate within two nights.

The Eight Limited Skins

Candy exchanges for eight limited-time Halloween skins. The event page confirms the count; it does not publish individual prices, and prices in this game have moved between updates. Two practical rules:

  • Do not spend Candy until you have seen the full skin list. If you can only afford two or three, pick the ones you will actually wear.
  • Skins are cosmetic. Nothing in the Halloween shop changes station speed, capacity or survivability. If you are still losing shifts to fires, spend the night on equipment instead.

The skins leave when the event ends on November 2, so Candy has no use after that date unless the developer announces a conversion.

The Flying Dutchman: Every Fifth Night

The Dutchman is the event's real mechanic. He appears on the fifth night with a special offer, and he returns every fifth night after that with a new one. Accepting the deal gives you a reward and a penalty — the game does not label which is which before you commit.

How to handle him:

  1. Finish the rush first. Do not take a deal mid-queue. The penalty may cost you a station or cash you have not collected yet.
  2. Collect the tables before you talk to him. If the penalty is a cash hit, an empty till loses less.
  3. Decide as a crew. The offer is not per-player; the whole restaurant lives with the outcome.
  4. Skip the deal if the night is already bad. A two-star night plus a penalty is how crews lose an upgrade they had saved for.
  5. Expect his crew. Serving the Dutchman's crew is part of the encounter, so keep the line staffed while the captain is on the floor.

The offers rotate, and the developer has confirmed he brings a new one each return. Do not assume the deal you declined on Night 5 is the deal you will see on Night 10.

Event Checklist

  • Play at least one full shift before November 2 to bank Candy.
  • Check the skin list before spending Candy.
  • Reach Night 5 with the restaurant stable enough to survive a penalty.
  • Clear tables before accepting any Dutchman offer.
  • Keep the trash empty — mischievous customers plus an overflowing bin is how the Hash-Slinging Slasher joins the party.
  • Finish Halloween rewards before the unnamed October 30 event starts.

What Happens After November 2?

The event page lists an end time and nothing else. Past seasonal events in Roblox experiences usually remove the currency and keep the cosmetics, but this game has no track record yet — it is three weeks old. Treat any Candy left on November 2 as lost, and treat the skins as permanent unless the developer says otherwise.
